System.NotImplementedException: The method or operation is not implemented

This was a new kind of OS related issue which troubled me while installing IFS Business Analytic tool which needs Microsoft Excel to be used. Now there were a few prerequisites which needed to be performed in order to make it work properly which the user did (as per to him) but the below mentioned errors started appearing when he tried to run the tool,

RESOLUTION:

The issue got resolved by reinstalling the prerequisite which was Microsoft Visual Studio Tools 2010 Runtime. After the reinstallation is done successfully. I tried running the Business Analytic Tool again and this time it was successful.
